Kamdhenu Motors is the best-known car reseller in Ahmedabad. They are known for offering high customer satisfaction while buying or selling normal and luxury cars. The above 5 starts is just for the customer support I received from this dealership(from Mr. Dhaval Thakkar). I trusted Kamdhenu to purchase my 3rd car in the Family due to their long-serving history and good customer review. I bought a 2020 - Maruti Ciaz AT Alpha in Feb-2023 and the Car looked very well maintained at first sight. So, I made a decision to make the purchase in minutes and had a great experience getting my car delivered. After 3 months of purchase on May 13th, Car had some issues with Its SHVS battery and I submitted the car to Kamdhenu for Service. Later on, I get to know from Maruti Suzuki Dealership that the Car had poor service history and the Car's warranty has been voided due to outside CNG/GPS fitment post my purchase(which was not communicated by sales person-Hardik on first-hand). Now, I'm waiting for CNG/GPS company to reimburse me for my loss as the warranty of the car is voided due to their wire cuts. :( Apart from all the above, Mr Dhaval has been a great person for offering exaptational customer support. He prioritized my concerns to get things repaired ASAP and availed courtesy car to make my everyday commute easy till I get my car back in good condition. He has been super responsive and takes accountability to serve his customers. I've been having bad experiences with the Car I bought. But, great customer support from Kamdhenu Motors. I'm certain to come back and change my review for this purchase as soon as I get my car back in mint condition. Also, I'd wish to purchase more cars from Mr Dhavalbhai Takkar and recommend his services to future customers and luxury car lovers of Gujarat.
